As an independent real estate broker and Realtor with a passion for connecting people with the perfect properties, I specialize in residential homes (both detached and attached), farms, ranches, vacant land, and commercial real estate. Since obtaining my real estate license in May 2014, I have been dedicated to providing my clients with personalized, one-on-one service. I believe in clear communication, hard work, and honesty—and I’m committed to earning my pay with every transaction.

I stay up to date with the latest trends in the industry and offer professional services like high-quality photography, virtual staging, and virtual editing to ensure each property is presented in its best light. Growing up in a small-town agricultural community, I have a deep appreciation for local businesses and am proud to support the communities I serve.

With a background in agriculture and a strong family influence in home building, I understand the importance of a well-constructed home. My dad taught me the ins and outs of building homes, from structural elements to finishes, which has given me a unique insight into the potential of each property. I enjoy renovating properties and have completed several remodeling projects on my own. I have a knack for seeing the possibilities in a space, and I love helping my clients envision what can be done to make their property ideal for their needs.

As a skilled negotiator, I’m firm when necessary and always fight for my clients’ best interests. However, I believe that buying or selling a home is a deeply personal decision, and I will never push my clients into a deal they aren’t completely comfortable with. My goal is to make sure they are informed, confident, and comfortable every step of the way.

I’m particularly passionate about helping first-time homebuyers, guiding them through the process of buying a home that may need a little work. Sweat equity is a great way to build wealth and a true sense of ownership, and I love being part of that journey.

When I’m not working, I can be found enjoying the outdoors—whether it’s fishing, camping, hiking, or gardening. I also have a love for animals and art, and I believe in living life with a sense of adventure and creativity.
